Production Assistant (part-time)
LifeSkills Connection Inc. is a company focused on providing support in various operational tasks. They are seeking a Part-Time Production Assistant to help with the preparation, production, and finishing of printed materials, ensuring quality and efficiency in customer orders and business operations.

Responsibilities
Operate design software and printing equipment to complete customer orders and internal projects
Ensure all output meets quality standards for design, layout, and finishing
Record customer feedback and escalate concerns to the Operations Director when needed
Answer incoming calls, assist walk-in customers, and relay messages or requests to the appropriate staff
Assist with Shipping and Receiving duties as needed
Keep work areas organized and stocked with necessary supplies
Employing strong project management skills
Support packaging and shipping needs of customers
Follow all policies and procedures set forth by Options Ink and LifeSkills Connection to ensure compliance, safety, and operational consistency
Assist in cleaning and organizing to maintain professional office appearance
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent eye for detail
Basic understanding of design and layout principles
Proficient using Microsoft Office and basic design programs (eg., Canva, Adobe Express, or similar)
Work efficiently, both independently and with team members
Good organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to meet deadlines
Willing to use feedback to improve
Punctual and dependable
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
No formal design training/degree required – on-the-job training provided
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design or production software a plus

Previous experience in printing, production, or related field preferred
