Hendrickson is searching for a Marketing Intern for the Summer of 2026 at their Woodridge Truck Divisional Headquarters. The role involves data collection, creating sales training materials, managing customer portals, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance product communications.

Responsibilities

Work to collect data to help enhance information and strengthen selling points to sales staff

Create and update sales training modules, order reference guides, customer training guides

Generate/review Sales & Service content and monitor Social Media

Collaborate with Marketing team to create copy

Data analysis and report generation, as required

Manage customer Portals to gather and share latest Requests For Quotes (RFQs)

Participate in project and team management activities

Promote appropriate product communications both internally and with the Field Sales organization

Provide support and assistance for any other function deemed necessary for the organization and customer assigned by the supervisor

Other duties as assigned

Required

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program preferably majoring in Marketing or related field of study and be in good standing with their University/College

Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0

Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be capable of developing effective internal and external working relationships

Superior PC skills; Microsoft Office Suite

Professionalism and integrity to work with employees from all levels of the organization, and to handle highly confidential information

Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time

Sound judgment in decision making and establishing priorities

Proactive and dedicate to enhancing systems and procedures
