American Financial Management, Inc. is a client-first agency that increases clients’ cash flow and profitability through the collection of delinquent receivables. They are seeking a Training and Collections Manager to lead new hire training, oversee employee development, and manage the performance of the collections team.

Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and take full accountability for new hire training and ongoing employee development
Conduct new hire training and oversee file management
Audit portfolios and evaluate collection call recordings
Ensure assigned accounts are worked in alignment with AFM’s collection strategy and client expectations
Drive operational efficiency and maintain compliance standards
Qualification
Required
Experience conducting new hire training classes and ongoing employee development
Ability to manage a team of collectors and achieve assigned revenue goals
Must develop and document professional training curriculum and materials
Understanding of core collection KPI's and actions necessary to impact results
Growth mindset
Collection industry background
Collection oversight experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
