Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and continuous improvement of commercial performance dashboards and reports (recurring and ad hoc). Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities, and present findings to the Commercial Leadership Team to inform strategic decisions
Develop and apply innovative analytical approaches to identify sales growth opportunities—both within existing client portfolios (share of wallet) and across new business prospects. Deliver actionable insights that shape commercial strategy and execution
Be an active contributor in Territory Management and be able to rely on sales data and white space to suggest territories, account classification and balance territories
Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline reporting, improve data quality, and enhance team efficiency. Champion best practices in data management and reporting consistency
Centralize and curate relevant industry, regulatory, macroeconomic, and fintech insights to support sales pitches and strategic planning
Actively contribute to the evolution of the Commercial Technology Stack, including CRM and Sales Engagement tools. Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for users, ensuring optimal adoption and usage
Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and analytical excellence. Support onboarding and upskilling of new users across tools and processes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar analytical/commercial role, preferably within the alternative investment industry
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization/analytics tools
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CRM Analytics, and Outreach
Strong understanding of global service delivery models and the business needs of alternative investment participants
Proven experience managing teams in a multinational environment
Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic insights
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
