Responsibilities
Analyze component availability and value stream workload to assign accurate delivery dates for customized products, optimize production schedules, and monitor progress
Work cross functionally with buyers, operations and planning to resolve issues, handle customer inquiries, and provide input to sales and operations planning
Maintain accurate records, review forecasts, and process all order changes and cancellations
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and minimize human involvement
Identify and resolve capacity/load issues, address equipment/quality problems, and initiate corrective action
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with conflict resolution and project management
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, materials management, supply chain operations, or related field preferred
2+ years' experience in production planning and execution preferred
Ideal candidates would have experience in JDE ERP system
CPIM certification through ASCM preferred
