Responsibilities
Support the preparation of global tax provisions, including current and deferred tax calculations under ASC 740
Assist with international tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions in coordination with external advisors
Manage indirect tax (VAT/GST/SUT) compliance, including reviewing filings and supporting audits and inquiries
Conduct tax research and analysis across international, indirect, and corporate tax topics; draft documentation to summarize findings
Support global tax audits by preparing schedules, responding to requests, and working with stakeholders and advisors
Collaborate with Accounting and Finance to align processes and ensure accurate tax reporting
Qualification
Required
A CPA or chartered accountant (or working toward certification) with a degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field
Experienced with 3–6 years in public accounting (Big 4 or equivalent) and/or in-house corporate tax roles
Knowledgeable in U.S. and international corporate tax compliance, ASC 740, and indirect tax principles, with an interest in global reporting frameworks like OECD Pillar 2
Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills
A strong communicator and collaborator who works well across teams and time zones
Skilled in managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
