Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing plans for developing business, including product revenue targets
Identify and evaluate potential new opportunities and provide suitable recommendation to boost sales of products / increase market share
Ensure the attainment of monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
Ensure optimal team performance and capability by providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, development and corrective action
Ensure that assigned sector attracts, develops and retains the highest quality sales talent available in the marketplace
Qualification
Required
3 to 5 years of successful sales management experience
Entrepreneurial Mindset
Prior experience coaching and developing sales representatives
Sales leadership acumen
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
