The role involves supervising service coordinators and direct support professionals, ensuring adherence to individual support agreements, and managing daily workflows and training for staff.

Required

Support and assist individuals receiving IDD services and their staff to follow the Individual Support Agreements (ISA) goals and objectives

Provide services in a respectful manner and follow the Home and Community Based Rules, DD Act, and NKHS DS philosophy

Supervision of DS Service Coordinators, DSPs, or residential staff as assigned

Oversee the scheduling and daily workflow for assigned direct reports

Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations to direct reports

Handle hiring, discipline, and termination of direct reports in accordance with organizational policy

Supervise assigned DS employees

Provide, coordinate, mentor and document employees pre-service, in-service and on-going trainings

Manage ongoing crisis in the areas of assigned responsibility

Manage individual budgets and cost center budgets
