Responsibilities

Assist with incident investigations and root cause analysis

Assist with Lead hygiene auditing

Perform conformance and compliance assessments and audits

Assist with IH sampling

Assist with environmental compliance

Weekly environmental inspection of the facility

Daily walkthrough of the production areas

Observations of workstations

Using PowerBI and other programs to manage compliance

Attend EHS meetings

Required

Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university

Pursuing an undergraduate in Environmental, Health & Safety, Industrial Health, and/or related field

Duration: Summer 2026. Up to 40 hours per week. Part-time during the school year may be available

Working Arrangements: On-site based at our manufacturing facility in St. Joseph, MO
