Under the supervision of the registered professional nurse, participates in the intraoperative phase of patient care

Qualification

AHA BLS certificationSurgical Technologist programCertified Surgical TechnologistClinical practice experience

Required

AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 60 days
Graduate of a Surgical Technologist program, graduate of the internal Freeman Health System Surgical Technologist program, or has greater than two years of clinical practice as a Scrub Tech in a hospital setting

Preferred

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
