Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and integration of advanced electrical and sensor systems
Oversee prototyping, installation, and testing to ensure systems meet operational and mission requirements
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and performance objectives
Develop and enhance system documentation, processes, and training materials
Support system maintenance, troubleshooting, and integration activities across DoD environments

Required

Active Top Secret Clearance is required
Minimum of 10 years of professional electrical engineering experience
At least 5 years of experience working with sensor technologies and systems within the Department of Defense (DoD)
Master's degree in an Engineering discipline
Demonstrated experience managing complex engineering development projects

Preferred

Experience supporting Department of the Navy or Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) programs
Familiarity with military standards, system safety, and acquisition processes
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
