As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will partner with various business and technology stakeholders to design and deliver scalable solutions that streamline workflows and enhance data integrity.

Responsibilities

Recommend best practice solution designs based on internal stakeholder and business needs

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations leaders to optimize business processes through Salesforce capabilities

Map business requirements to technical solutions that enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and automation

Provide technical direction and architectural oversight for internal Salesforce initiatives

Define and maintain end to end architecture for Sales cloud, Marketing tool integrations and CRM Analytics or similar

Ensure system integrations, data quality, and governance align with enterprise standards

Support platform roadmap planning, advising on emerging Salesforce capabilities that can improve internal productivity and decision-making

Required

Extensive experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

Strong understanding of internal stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

Ability to translate organizational goals into scalable Salesforce solutions

Experience improving internal processes and workflows using automation, analytics, and integration

Project management experience leading enterprise-wide Salesforce initiatives

Experience defining and maintaining data governance and system architecture across multiple business units

Excellent communication and change management skills to ensure user adoption and alignment across teams

Preferred

Experience designing or managing Salesforce platforms at enterprise scale

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or advanced Admin)

Experience driving internal digital transformation or change management

Familiarity with enterprise data architecture and analytics integration
