Start in 2026 SummerHendrickson is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented College Intern to join their Change Management team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Change Management and data analysis, while assisting in various tasks related to data collection, process improvements, and program management.

Responsibilities
Assist in collection and analysis of data to support material database as well as ERP and PLM systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to as needed to organize and set up data
Support the development and maintenance of databases and spreadsheets
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
Assist in the implementation of process improvements and program management tasks
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Enrolled student working towards a bachelor's degree Engineering, Business Administration or related field
Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; experience with project management
Strong PC Skills (spreadsheets, database management, word processing) a must
Ability to handle multiple assignments and complete tasks within demanding time frames with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong numeric and analytical skills
Self-motivated with good project management, organization and planning skills
Preferred
Power BI experience a plus
