Responsibilities

Lead R&D & Product Strategy: Set the vision and roadmap for Weeks Grp’s technology solutions, with a focus on automating commissioning and deployment workflows, improving schedule reliability, and enabling scalable best practices across programs and regions

Scheduling & Commissioning Innovation: Oversee the development and continuous refinement of advanced, resource-loaded project and commissioning schedules (including complex P6-based models), ensuring alignment from equipment-level tasks through overall program milestones

Acceleration & Issue Resolution: Drive strategies and playbooks that enable accelerated commissioning, proactive constraint identification, and rapid on-site problem solving—leveraging both internal expertise and external vendors or partners where needed

Rapid-Deployment & Client Support: Own and evolve the Weeks Grp rapid-deployment model used to perform focused on-site assessments, close gaps quickly, and provide high-value turnaround for clients on critical projects

Client, Vendor & Partner Engagement: Serve as a senior technical and strategic point of contact with key clients (e.g., major cloud providers) and vendors, aligning on commitments, timelines, and expectations while representing Weeks Grp solutions and capabilities

Analytics & Dashboards: Direct the design of dashboards and reporting that provide multi-project visibility at regional and national levels, highlight bottlenecks, forecast risks, and support executive decision-making

Systems Integration & Automation: Lead integration strategy and execution between Weeks Grp tools and platforms such as Procore, CxAlloy, Primavera P6, and BI tools, ensuring robust automation, reliable data pipelines, and meaningful analytics for the field and leadership

Team Leadership & Culture: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of engineers, analysts, and product specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

Required

Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success leading R&D, technology, or product teams, with a strong preference for experience in the data center construction industry

Product & Go-to-Market Experience: Background in shaping and delivering technology products or platforms, including client pilots and scaled deployment

Data Analytics and Business Intelligence: Extensive experience with data analytics and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to drive insights and strategic decisions

Industry-Specific Software Expertise: Deep familiarity with tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, Power BI, and CxAlloy, and their role in project management and commissioning workflows

Automation & API Integration: Hands-on experience with automation technologies and API integrations supporting data management, reporting, and workflow optimization

Software Programming Skills: Proficiency in relevant languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, focused on process automation and system enhancement

Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams, executives, and clients, including presenting complex technical concepts and analytics in a simple, compelling way
