Responsibilities
OPPD is looking for 9 Utility Line Interns to join our service centers!
The Utility Line Intern will work with line technicians and crew leaders to gain knowledge of the field work while fulfilling the internship requirement of a line degree program
Qualification
Required
Associates Utility Line Technician
Minimum GPA of 2.5
Must include Class A CDL and be recommended for an internship by their school
Must be able to climb poles
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform heavy construction work on a daily basis
Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions
Must be part of an approved two-year line degree program and be qualified for an internship
