Executive Assistant
Yuma is on a mission to drive positive economic and societal change through decentralized intelligence. The Executive Assistant will provide seamless support to the senior leadership team, managing calendars, coordinating travel, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
Own and manage complex calendars, managing priorities, and anticipate scheduling needs for the CRO, COO, and CTO
Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and on-the-go changes
Support meeting execution by preparing agendas, assembling materials, and ensuring follow-ups are captured and completed
Draft, format, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with attention to tone, accuracy, and clarity
Track action items, deadlines, and priorities to ensure follow-through and accountability across initiatives
Act as a central point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and sound judgment in every interaction
Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports and assist with budget tracking as needed
Provide administrative and logistical support for leadership meetings, team offsites, and company-wide events
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of trust and integrity
Qualification
Required
4–7 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a startup, technology, or financial services environment
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to draft polished correspondence and communicate effectively across all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Concur, Notion, or similar)
A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach- you take initiative and stay two steps ahead
