Qualification
Required
PhD in Civil Engineering or related engineering field
Evidence of excellent oral and written communication skills
Evidence of scholarly achievements in the broad areas of transportation engineering
Preferred
Academic experience
Professional experience
Research interests that complement and expand current CE research programs
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across disciplines
Demonstrated ability to work with and engage diverse students and colleagues within and outside the CE and NACOE programs
Professional registration or ability to become registered as a Professional Engineer within five years from date of employment
