Ability to commit to and meet deadlines while having to multi-task with changing priorities
Experience with managing multiple projects
Ability to determine crew size and productivity rates for performing different tasks
A strong background in plumbing, HVAC piping, ductwork, building systems, and codes within commercial, institutional, and light industrial buildings
Strong skills in reading and understanding drawings, specifications, and bid documents
Ability to accurately compile a summary of materials, equipment, and labor
Strong background in Trimble AutoBid, Excel, and On-Screen Takeoff
Ability to perform gap fill on the bidding documents to ensure a complete system is estimated
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate in a team environment
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of HVAC and/or Plumbing experience in the construction field
Ability to commit to and meet deadlines while having to multi-task with changing priorities
