The Boston Red Sox and Fenway Sports Management is seeking a Junior Sales Associate as part of their Red Sox Sales Academy program. This 11-month entry-level sales program is designed for recent graduates to develop into future sales professionals in the sports and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

Develop new leads through cold calling, emails, text, and referrals from current customers
Minimum of 125 sales activities per day; including 2 appointments per week
Provides excellent customer service to prospects and current clients over the phone and at games
Represent the Club in a positive and professional manner at all times

Strong desire to break into professional sports as a sales professional
