Regional Account Executive | IME | Legal Services
Questpro is a leading National Cost Containment company seeking a Texas-based Sales Executive with experience selling to Legal Defense Firms. The role involves developing a strategic sales plan, generating business from new and existing accounts, and achieving sales growth targets in the Greater DFW and other major Texas Metro areas.

Responsibilities
Develop and follow a strategic sales plan to achieve set goals for a specific territory
Generate business from new accounts
Generate new business within existing accounts
Meet weekly activity and production goals
Work with Sales Management to target volume growth by individual requester within target accounts
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in outside sales activities
Proven record of success calling on TX Defense Firm(s) decision makers| influencers
Prior Claims handling experience within the Workers' Compensation and/ or Auto/Liability claims arena
Excellent communication/presentation skills both written and verbal
Demonstrated impact in previous organizations
Ability and experience with technology and the ability to learn and articulate our system capabilities
Preferred
IME and Peer Review background including TX based products such as DWC32, Peers & Re-Reviews, Legal Affidavits ideal BUT not required
