Responsibilities
End-to-end title processing for Montana files
Ordering, reviewing, and clearing title
Coordinating with HOAs, lien search companies, lenders, and agents
Preparing CDs, settlement statements, and closing documents
Managing tasks and communication within Qualia
Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery for all files
Providing exceptional communication and customer service
Qualification
Required
Montana Title License required
Minimum 2+ years of title processing experience
Strong working knowledge of Qualia
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and problem-solve
Exceptional attention to detail and professionalism
Comfortable working remotely and communicating digitally
