Responsibilities

Program, Set up and Operate CNC Mills producing tooling and prototypes (Makino, DMG Mori) 3 and 4 axis Horizontal/Vertical Mills
Precision tight tolerance work
Verify stock and the Tooling before putting in the machine
Set Offsets with a touch probe, Test indicator, or Edge finder
Check parts with Micrometers, Telescoping gauges, Calipers, or Touch Probe

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma
Makino and Fanuc programming
