Responsibilities

Gain exposure to a number of disciplines within investment banking
Sharpen financial analysis skills
Develop an understanding of corporate markets and clients
Gain experience in corporate finance and with investment banking products through on-the-job training
Play a meaningful role in supporting internal and external clients
Support new business development, due diligence, and transaction execution
Work with senior professionals to identify and evaluate opportunities
Meet with and present to prospective clients
Demonstrate a mastery of financial and accounting concepts to facilitate the creation or review of in-depth financial models involved in transactions
Draft internal and external documents and marketing materials utilized in transactions
Take a lead role in executing transactions and working with clients, attorneys, investors, interested parties and other senior professionals

Required

MBA from a leading program with a scheduled graduation of December 2026 – May 2027
Minimum of 3 years work experience required
Ability to understand complex financial products and desire for significant transaction execution responsibility
Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
Superior written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
