Responsibilities
Warmly welcome guests, determine party size, and efficiently seat them at appropriate tables or booths
Maintain a guest waiting list, adhere to seating procedures, and provide accurate wait time estimates
Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment
Offer beverage suggestions, take initial drink orders, and provide refills
Keep the host station clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies, like menus and to-go items
Address guest needs, handle complaints courteously, and ensure overall guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
Help with clearing and setting tables, and willingly assist other team members as needed
Answer incoming calls, take to-go orders, and provide information about the restaurant
Introduce promotions and specials to guests while seating them
Help with overall restaurant cleanliness, including cleaning and organizing supplies
Qualification
Required
