Responsibilities

Support product disposition activities and documentation in accordance with quality procedures

Analyze and trend quality data to identify performance patterns and improvement opportunities

Participate in special projects focused on process improvement, root cause analysis, or data-driven problem solving

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product and process quality

Assist Quality Engineers with daily tasks and ongoing project support

Required

Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a technical field including (but not limited to) with an expected graduation date in 2027: Systems Engineering, Software – Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Hardware – Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Information Systems, Quality Management

Preferred

Outstanding communication skills

Demonstrated teamwork and leadership experience

Capacity and motivation for hard work

Experience in the defense electronics industry

Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma practices

Knowledge of Quality Management Systems

Relevant quality certifications

Technical internships/co-ops

Exposure to ISO 9001, CMMI, or AS9100
