Associate Developer Corporate Applications

The Associate Developer will assist in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, focusing on system performance, security, and compliance while learning to automate tasks and providing technical support.

Responsibilities
Manage client requests and incidents
Maintain and improve system performance and availability
Design and implement server, storage, and network configurations
Support disaster recovery planning and documentation
Automate tasks using scripts and tools. (Windows Powershell, Linux Shell)
Ensure security and compliance with enterprise standards
Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
5+ years in system engineering or administration
Experience with Windows/Linux, VMware, Azure, SAN, and enterprise platforms (e.g., CBORD, Workday)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Familiarity with ServiceNow or related service desk related software
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
