Responsibilities
Process customs clearances for imports, adhering to all relevant customs regulations and company standard operating procedures
Conduct Importer Security Filing
Track and trace shipments to ensure information is up-to-date
Communicate directly with clients, freight forwarders, and other related parties through email and phone
Manage documentation and archive records and documents efficiently
Oversee data management for client reports
Ensure timely billing and invoicing for clients
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bilingual ability in English and Korean is required
Preferred
Experience in the customs field is preferred (0–3 years)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Bilingual ability in English and Korean is required
