Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and testing of manned and unmanned aircraft systems

Evaluate, integrate, and optimize sensors, materials, and equipment across diverse aeronautical platforms

Ensure system interoperability, reliability, and mission performance in accordance with DoD standards

Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams in engineering and testing environments

Develop and execute test plans, system performance analyses, and risk mitigation strategies

Provide subject matter expertise for design reviews, prototyping efforts, and system architecture optimization

Conduct training on system operations, test procedures, and technical process improvements

Drive innovation through implementation of advanced engineering methodologies and technologies

Required

Active Top Secret Clearance (must be current)

Minimum of 10 years of relevant aerospace engineering experience, with at least 5 years focused on sensor technologies and systems integration within the DoD

Master's degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited institution

Proven experience leading complex DoD engineering or aerospace programs

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
