UX Researcher

Responsibilities
Defines research problems and establishes the scope of projects with the experience team, ensuring all key issues are addressed effectively
Designs research plans that strategically address knowledge gaps by identifying suitable participants who can provide valuable insights and perspectives
Implements research methods to comprehensively understand and address identified gaps in knowledge, ensuring thorough and reliable results
Collects high-quality data according to the research plan, ensuring adherence to best practices
Analyzes raw data to identify themes and trends, highlighting insights to inform design and process improvements
Presents and documents insights in an understandable format for relevant audiences, collaborating with the team to influence impactful decisions
Qualification
Required
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline
Certification may be required in some areas
Generally 0-2 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 0-1 year of experience in a related field
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Call Center experience (Cisco)
2+ years of research experience in an enterprise or eCommerce environment
Demonstrated experience with service design and integrating legacy systems, such as SAP or other ERP platforms
Experience conducting onsite and in-person research to gather user insights and feedback
Experience w/Jira
Experience with Agile Methodologies
