Responsibilities
Provide customer support over the phone for tax software users by answering questions, solving issues, and delivering friendly, knowledgeable support
Navigate multiple systems and document interactions with accuracy
Choose the hours you want to commit — mornings, evenings, weekends… whatever fits your life
Qualification
Required
Experience handling inbound/outbound customer calls providing customer service
Strong computer, multitasking, and communication skills
A quiet, distraction-free home office with the required equipment (Windows 11 PC, wired internet, dual monitors, USB headset)
Willingness to commit at least 80 30-minute blocks month January–April
Preferred
Availability on April 14–15 (high-volume days)
Comfortable using video/screen-sharing tools
Prior product support or call center experience is a plus
