Responsibilities

Assist in managing day-to-day project activities and field operations

Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance

Prepare and track RFIs, change orders, and other project documentation

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews

Support cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance efforts

Ensure safety and environmental compliance on-site

Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in EngineeringHeavy civil construction experienceConstruction ManagementProject documentation managementRegulatory complianceCost controlQuality assuranceSafety complianceEffective communication

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

6+ years of heavy civil construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred

Heavy civil construction project experience in Northern California

Experience with self-perform civil construction projects
