Responsibilities

Partner with Enterprise Sales leadership to design and execute strategies that accelerate revenue growth and improve sales efficiency
Lead data-driven analysis to identify performance trends, forecast outcomes, and inform go-to-market decisions
Develop, optimize, and operationalize end-to-end sales processes for the Enterprise segment, ensuring scalability and alignment with company goals
Create and maintain executive-level reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline health, productivity, and conversion performance
Own key strategic projects such as territory design, territory carving and books of businesses
Act as a trusted advisor to senior sales leadership by translating complex data into clear recommendations and actionable insights
Champion operational excellence across the revenue organization by leveraging AI, automation, and predictive analytics to streamline processes and enhance decision-making

Required

5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or Management Consulting within a B2B SaaS environment
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and deliver measurable business impact
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (and/or Google Sheets) and experience presenting insights to executive stakeholders
Solid business acumen and comprehension of Enterprise sales motions, forecasting, and funnel dynamics

Preferred

Experience in a high-growth SaaS company, ideally in a Senior RevOps or Strategy role supporting Enterprise or Global segments
Expertise with Salesforce, Looker (or other BI tools), and revenue analytics platforms
Familiarity with territory planning, quota management, and pipeline optimization methodologies
