Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and ensure successful delivery and continuous enhancement of Marsh McLennan Agency’s proprietary Transparency in Coverage product
Collaborate with executive leadership, internal teams, IT and vendor partners, and clients
Guide the development of strategic approaches based on detailed analysis of medical network data
Oversee project plans, timelines, and deployment schedules to ensure product enhancements align with client needs and regulatory requirements
Monitor product performance, gather and analyze user feedback, and develop detailed requirements for future improvements
Play a critical role in client engagement and internal training
Prepare and present complex, high-level analyses that drill down into utilization and cost drivers
Help clients understand the financial impact of optimizing their medical networks using MMA Network Navigator
Support sales and service teams in the field with training and responsive guidance
Manage multiple workstreams and priorities, ensuring all activities are executed effectively and on schedule
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics or a similar field
5-7 years of work experience in the healthcare/insurance industry
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficient in Microsoft office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint as well as data management and database applications
Energetic and self-directed with a high degree of commitment; highly motivated and strong work ethic with consistent initiative and follow through on projects and tasks to completion while meeting deadlines; ability to work independently toward objectives with a sense of urgency
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
Current Life & Health License preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
Strong understanding of medical economics and examining such as the cost-effectiveness of treatments, healthcare pricing, insurance contracting/reimbursement, provider payment models, and the overall economic impact of healthcare policies and market dynamics
