Responsibilities

Design a revolutionary recipe for dexterous manipulation to unlock the challenge of generalized robotics
Lead development, testing and deployment on dual arm and end effector systems with a team of highly skilled scientist and developers
Leverage simulation and large-scale real-world data collection to create large datasets for model development
Develop a hierarchical system that combines low-level control with high-level planning
Build on top of latest state-of-the-art manipulation models, optimal control techniques and ML
Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to co-design hardware and algorithms for dexterous manipulation

Required

PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience
Experience with state-of-the-art in robotic manipulation models
Experience with data generation in simulation and real world
Experience in developing techniques that utilize multi-modal sensor data from the arm and hands

Preferred

Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
PhD in Robotics, with focus on dexterous manipulation
Experience in motion primitives, vision-language-action models, and model predictive control
Experience with robotics frameworks for fast prototyping (Matlab, ROS, etc.)
