Responsibilities

Utilize SQL queries and Excel to compile and deliver monthly financial reports and key performance indicators to senior leadership

Create reports, dashboards and visualizations using tools like SSRS and PowerBI

Evaluate and interpret data to develop business insights, projections, and recommendations that support executive decision-making

Conduct analysis to verify the accuracy of healthcare claims and reimbursement processes

Respond to ad hoc projects involving research, data analysis, reporting, auditing, and documentation

Partner with internal stakeholders across departments to align analytical outputs with business goal

Required

Bachelor's degree; 4-year degree in related field required

Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to analyze data using SQL Server databases or Snowflake and using SQL queries to identify and solve problems

A quick learner with a strategic mindset and proven ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions

Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written communication abilities, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders

Advanced technical proficiency, skilled in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations and perform complex data analysis

Data visualization & reporting abilities, including experience in building and maintaining dashboards using Power BI, translating data into actionable insights for business leaders

Ability to work with various business systems and tools, with a strong understanding of how data supports strategic decision-making

Preferred

Minimum of 2 years relevant healthcare and analytical experience preferred

Billing & coding or Revenue Cycle knowledge a plus
