Responsibilities

Lead strategic programs from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Manage cross-functional teams across R&D, regulatory, operations, and quality to deliver program milestones

Develop and maintain integrated program plans, tracking deliverables, timelines, risks, and budgets

Identify and mitigate program-level risks through proactive planning and stakeholder engagement

Provide regular updates to senior leadership, including dashboards, risk assessments, and decision support

Implement and refine program management processes and tools to drive operational excellence

Ensure all program activities meet regulatory requirements and internal quality standards

Mentor and guide team members and stakeholders to foster collaboration and accountability

Support strategic planning and scenario modeling for future growth initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

10+ years of program management experience in biopharma, cell therapy, or biotech

Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans

Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and executive audiences

Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite

Deep understanding of FDA and EMA regulatory frameworks

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement

Preferred

advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD)
