Prepare and file employment-based visa petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant), including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and adjustment of status applications

Develop tailored immigration strategies that align with business needs while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk

Advise corporate clients on regulatory changes and their impact on employees and business operations

Leverage technology and automation to enhance efficiency and improve the client experience

Participate in client meetings, delivering strategic insights and showcasing Vialto Law’s commitment to excellence, empathy, and innovation

Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster professional growth and uphold ethical legal practices

Required

Bar Admission: Licensed in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia

Experience: 2+ years of business immigration experience, particularly with H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and employment-based immigrant visa applications

Exceptional Communication & Collaboration Skills: Ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and work effectively with clients, attorneys, and analysts
