Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies for emerging categories and channels
Align growth plans with global and regional objectives
Advise senior leadership and drive business growth through market analysis and innovation
Guide budget planning and recommend profitability improvements
Lead channel strategy for Food Service and Distribution
Build plans to expand Private Label
Support sales by identifying target customers and tracking key account engagement
Participate in customer meetings to inform solutions and drive conversion
Partner with Sales, R&D, and Commercial teams to launch products and deliver channel solutions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders for cohesive go-to-market strategies
Represent marketing in strategic forums and cross-functional meetings
Develop sales tools and train teams on portfolio and category trends
Analyze market and competitors to identify growth opportunities
Consolidate customer insights to guide innovation and business cases
Develop compelling value propositions for product launches
Maintain local market knowledge to support business development
Lead marketing initiatives for Healthful Solutions, focusing on wellness and nutrition trends
Execute solution-based marketing strategies and uphold Marketing Excellence standards

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Food Science/Technology, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Proven experience in B2B Food Ingredient Marketing
Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives
Ability to operate autonomously and launch impactful projects
Expertise in strategic marketing planning, product launches, and value proposition development
Skilled storyteller, able to create insight-driven concepts and presentations
Strong business acumen for financial analysis and growth planning
Ability to translate strategy into actionable tactics
Experience developing sales tools and supporting tactics
International work experience
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong project management and presentation skills
