Eaton is a global leader in power management solutions, and they are seeking participants for their Early Talent Development Program in Technical Sales. This 2-year rotational program will provide exposure to various sales roles while offering training in product knowledge and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
Explore various roles early on to build skills and maximize potential for future roles
Collaborate with senior leaders with mentorship programs woven into the experience
Learn to sell electrical products and solutions, and bring value to distributors, contractors, consultants, and end customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a graduation date before August 2026
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8

Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or community
Ability to speak a second language
Enrolled in an engineering or business degree from an accredited institution
