Responsibilities

Lead the design and improvement of financial modules and processes (purchase, sales, order management) that are a part of a larger supply chain software product
Maintain a prioritized product backlog, write clear user stories, and drive Agile ceremonies
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and business teams to deliver high-quality products
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives
Ensure accurate period-end financial reporting and enable real-time cost tracking/margin analysis within the platform
Serve as a product liaison, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned on progress

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a product owner, product manager, or technical business analyst in a software product development environment
Experience with Agile methodologies is required
Must have experience with process accounting or cost accounting modules/products

Preferred

Experience or knowledge of the supply chain industry and its specific financial workflows (e.g., cost accounting, process accounting, inventory) is preferred
