Responsibilities
Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software based on engineering specifications
Lead design coordination, ensure standards and code compliance, and mentor other team members
Develop assembly instructions, bills of materials, and review engineering documentation
Conduct site visits, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate closely with engineering teams
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoDesk AutoCAD, Revit, BIM) and documentation management
Excellent drafting, design development, and record-keeping skills
Proven leadership in design coordination and team coaching
Ability to produce accurate technical drawings and ensure compliance with industry standards
Preferred
Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and industrial design/drafting software
Prior exposure to chemical processing or industrial facilities
Experience working across multiple projects and managing high-value design efforts
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Design, or engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical preferred)
5-10 years of experience in drafting and engineering design within industrial settings, especially in chemical
