Responsibilities

Design and conduct in vitro and in vivo studies to advance understanding of T cell biology and antigen responsiveness
Develop and assess innovative therapeutic approaches, including engineered T cells, cellular therapies, and in vivo targeting strategies
Apply CRISPR and other gene-editing technologies to engineer T cells for research and therapeutic purposes
Establish and refine preclinical models to evaluate immune modulation and therapeutic efficacy
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across immunology, biochemistry, medicinal chemistry, and bioinformatics
Communicate findings to internal teams and leadership; contribute to publications, patents, and regulatory documentation
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and scientific literature to drive innovation

Required

Ph.D. in immunology, molecular/cell biology, biochemistry, or a related discipline
Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant industry experience
Extensive expertise in T cell biology and cellular immunology
Proven hands-on experience in T cell engineering, including CRISPR and other gene-editing platforms, as well as TCR and CAR design
Strong publication record with first-author papers in high-impact journals
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Preferred

PhD level is strongly preferred and 2 years of postdoctoral experience is strongly preferred
Experience with in vivo LNP delivery strongly preferred
Familiarity with preclinical in vivo models of inflammation or autoimmunity is desirable
Working knowledge of R or Python for data analysis is a plus
