Responsibilities

Collaborate with CEOs and functional leaders across portfolio companies to implement the Banyan Operating System, driving operational improvements and growth
Lead high-impact projects across product, sales, marketing and more, as the right-hand to an Operating Partner
Assist in integration planning and onboarding for newly acquired businesses
Support the Operating Partner with critical initiatives, cross-company collaboration, and key decision-making efforts
Gain hands-on experience to prepare for future leadership roles, including potential CEO or C-suite positions

Required

This program is designed for graduating (or recently graduated) students from top MBA programs. 1st year MBA students should not apply
2-5 years of prior experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or an operational leadership role. A variety of prior relevant career experiences will be considered
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and drive data-informed decision-making
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of an organization
Proven track record of leading projects, managing competing priorities, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
Passion for learning and growth, with a long-term goal of stepping into an executive leadership position
