Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end proposal process, including review of RFP/RFQ requirements, development of win themes, content planning, drafting, editing, and final submission

Analyze solicitation documents to identify key client requirements, deliverables, and evaluation criteria

Create annotated outlines, compliance matrices, and content plans to guide technical contributors

Serve as lead writer and editor for proposal sections including executive summaries, project narratives, management approaches, and key personnel resumes

Facilitate internal debriefs after each submission to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement

Maintain proposal templates, libraries, and documentation to ensure consistency and accessibility

Prepare and present supporting marketing materials and presentations for clients, partners and internal stakeholders
