Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for financial products and systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve product features and workflows
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives
Map current-state and future-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend actionable improvements to business processes and systems
Support QA and UAT processes by reviewing test cases and validating outcomes
Leverage data analysis to identify trends, measure process performance, and uncover opportunities for automation or enhancement
Generate insightful reports and dashboards to monitor performance and support decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the fintech or financial services sector
Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations
Demonstrated experience in process mapping, process improvement, and operational optimization
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proficient in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Excel, SQL)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience working with APIs, digital wallets, payment platforms, or blockchain solutions
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus
