Responsibilities
Serve as the primary interface with the Government COR and other key stakeholders
Lead overall program operations, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and mission objectives
Oversee program planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring across multiple projects
Manage subordinate supervisors and ensure consistent operational and project execution
Identify and implement policies, processes, and strategies to improve efficiency and quality of service
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, DoD processes, and quality assurance standards
Support acquisition planning, systems integration, and financial tracking initiatives
Provide mentoring, guidance, and training to project and technical personnel
Qualification
Required
Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 7 years supervising large and diverse teams
Demonstrated experience supporting program systems, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, and financial systems/processes within the DoD
Master's degree in Engineering, Technical, Business, or Computer Science/IT discipline
Preferred
PMP or DAWIA Program Management Level III certification
Experience managing Navy or Naval Aviation programs
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
