Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts
Process sales orders and respond promptly to customer inquiries
Collaborate with internal departments to provide technical information, order updates, and expediting support
Resolve issues efficiently and with a customer-first mindset
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with customers and distributors
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of successful inside sales or customer service experience in an industrial environment
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills—both in person and virtually
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer applications
Ability to understand and interpret technical information accurately
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills
Permanent work authorization in the United States required
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong understanding of an industrial manufacturing environment
Preferred
Experience with valves or flow control products preferred
Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred
