Mid LevelCognition is an applied AI lab building end-to-end software agents, including Devin, the first AI software engineer. The role involves diagnosing complex problems, architecting solutions, and driving adoption of the Cognition platform while working closely with customer engineering teams.

Responsibilities
Deeply understand customer requirements and map them to effective, scalable solutions on the Cognition platform
Helping technical teams solve complex, high-value engineering projects using the Cognition platform
Drive effective adoption of the Cognition platform within customer engineering teams to maximize development velocity
Qualification
Required
Strong engineering foundation (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical discipline)
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, TypeScript)
Experience with AI-assisted development tools or coding automation systems
Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with external engineering teams
Preferred
Ability to travel 25-50% preferred
