Responsibilities

Develop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
Recruit, lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring consistent performance and development
Identify new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends and market insights
Collaborate with leadership to align sales initiatives with company objectives and offerings
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess team performance and guide strategic decisions
Provide coaching, training, and support to sales representatives, ensuring they have the tools to succeed

Required

Ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative strategies to stay competitive
