The Senior Staff AI Research Engineer will design and develop AI systems to enhance the learning experience, conduct experiments, and publish research to advance AI in education.

Responsibilities
Design and develop new AI systems that enhance the Campus learning experience
Run rigorous experiments to validate the effectiveness of these systems
Create new benchmarks and datasets for evaluating AI learning models
Publish your work in peer-reviewed journals and leading AI conferences
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy models that improve real-world student engagement
Qualification
Required
Deep technical expertise in machine learning
Experience in developing novel systems that personalize and improve the student experience
Ability to design and develop new AI systems that enhance the Campus learning experience
Experience running rigorous experiments to validate the effectiveness of AI systems
Ability to create new benchmarks and datasets for evaluating AI learning models
Experience publishing work in peer-reviewed journals and leading AI conferences
Ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy models that improve real-world student engagement
Visionary builder who can connect advanced research to human-centered educational goals
Ability to thrive in open-ended, research-oriented environments and take initiative to define impactful projects
